A romantic elopement in Amalfi Coast

Some posts ago I told you about my first styled shooting with Amalfi Soirée, recently published on Elizabeth Anne Designs.

Set in an ancient watchtower in the Gulf of Maiori, in Amalfi Coast, the  shooting has been an opportunity for "singing", through the myth of the sirens, the woman, always seen as different and incomprehensible, sometimes inferior or animalistic, but also powerful, seductive and worthy of veneration.

The sea-themed paintings by Victor Nizovtsev has been the starting point for the creation of the chromatic palette, an ocean of azures and dusty blues, enlivened by gold. The concept of "handmade" has guided the stylistic choices and the selection of the suppliers, all small companies that still work as they used to do, creating quality, tailored and customized products. Even our photographer, Sergio Sorrentino, a true "artisan of light", has adopted this  philosophy as his way of working, impressing every shot on film.

As regards the table, I wanted that it had a touch of real life, thanks to details such as crumbs and folds of the tablecloth, and, at the same time, that it were refined and organic: the circular floral installation, very popular this year, is an elegant background for a candlelit dinner but also a fairy-tale frame through which you can admire the horizon, enveloped in the salty aroma and lulled by the sound of the waves.
